ABOUT THE 2026 MAHOGANY & MERLOT BOAT SHOW

REGISTRATION OPENS APRIL 15TH & CLOSES SEPTEMBER 26TH

We are pleased to partner with the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum for its 20th Annual Mahogany & Merlot on Lake Chelan for our ACBS chapter’s premier boat show.

Accommodations at Campbell’s Resort are available! Mention Mahogany & Merlot for a discounted room rate.

NEW THIS YEAR -- Saturday Dinner-

PRIVATE ACBS Buffet Dinner  and  M&M Awards Presentation at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino in Manson.

That’s right! We’ll be branching off and going indoors this year. More information, including the menu, below. Price per person is yet to be finalized.

Boat show entry is still only $70 per boat and includes: complimentary truck and trailer parking at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino in Manson, complimentary Friday evening reception @ Campbell’s Resort, boat show placard, goodie bag, a one-day boat show with voting for Skipper’s Choice, People’s Choice, and Kid’s Choice awards, the Saturday Boat Parade, and Sunday afternoon Poker Run.

In addition to Saturday’s boat show, all are invited to join us for the M&M pre-event -(September 29th - October 2nd) excursion up the lake to Stehekin.  

Sunday, October 4th, enjoy the post event  brunch at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino and poker run on 

Launching will be available at the Mill Bay public launch in Manson - anytime - OR at the Lakeshore Marina at Don Morse Park on Friday, October 2nd from 9a to 4p, Saturday the 3rd before 9a ONLY, and on Sunday the 4th before 9a or after 2p.

Please note that as guests of the Hydroplane & Raceboat Museum, and for the safety of all boat owners and drivers, we must be flexible and collaborate on entering and exiting the Lakeshore Marina. Once again, boat show boats will be able to leave the Lakeshore Marina for runs on Lake Chelan or emergency exits during Mahogany & Merlot WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM PATRICK GLEASON (cell # will be on the back of boat show participant name badges). This also goes for emergency loading.

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2nd

9a-4p BOAT SHOW STAGING @ LAKESHORE MARINA, DON MORSE PARK

• Complimentary truck & trailer parking for boat show registrants at the 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino in Manson, WA

5-7p REGISTRATION & RECEPTION @ CAMPBELL’S RESORT

• Located in the banquet rooms across from hotel’s front desk

• Complimentary for registered boat show skipper and first mate; $15 per person for non boat show registrants and additional guests

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 3rd

9am-4pm ACBS BOAT SHOW & VOTING

• $70 registration fee per boat

• All-day voting for Skipper’s Choice, People’s Choice, and Kid’s Choice awards

• Boat show boats will again be able to leave the Lakeshore Marina for runs on Lake Chelan during Mahogany & Merlot WITH PRIOR APPROVAL FROM PATRICK GLEASON (cell # will be on the back of boat show participant name badges).

Noon-1pm ACBS BOAT PARADE

• Note: Departure time is an estimate and determined by when the hydros have stopped for their mid-day break.

NEW!!! PRIVATE BUFFET DINNER @ 12 TRIBES MILL BAY CASINO in Manson

ACBS members and guests will be trying something different this year by having our Saturday night dinner and awards ceremony in the warmth and comfort of the Casino. The entire restaurant will be ours! Carpooling will be encouraged.

• Price has yet to be finalized (as of 3/13/2026) but it will be around $48-$50 per person, including 18% gratuity and will include a buffet of: green salad, broccoli salad, sauteed vegetables, rolls, chef carved prime rib with au jus and horseradish, shrimp stuffed salmon with lemon beurre blanc, loaded baked potatoes, assorted desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages

• Adult beverages will be available for purchase

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 4th

6-9am TRAILER BOATS LEAVE LAKESHORE MARINA (you can also make arrangements to bring truck-trailer to Manson boat launch to retrieve later)

Hydros will be on the racecourse from approximately 9am to 3 or 4pm

11 am BRUNCH at THE 12 TRIBES MILL BAY CASINO, MANSON, WA

• 10am mandatory boat departure from the Lakeshore Marina, Don Morse Park for all brunch and poker run participants

• 11a (approximate) arrival at the Lake Chelan Boat Club docks

• Walk to the casino

• Pay at the casino
