Moorage is available at Stehekin but make overnight reservations in both Stehekin National Park Lodge (855) 685-4167 and in Chelan well in advance as these are popular fall destinations.

BOAT LAUNCH INFO:

Launching will be available at the Mill Bay public launch in Manson - anytime - with rig parking at the Manson Casino. Thank you Ron Tracy for coordinating! Thank you 12 Tribes Mill Bay Casino for sponsoring our event by providing us with FREE parking for the entire week!

Here’s something to consider signing up for at the Mill Bay Casino when you get to Chelan... The Mill Bay Casino’s Players Advantage Club! It’s FREE to join and you’ll receive a 5% Dining Discount (think Sunday Brunch) and a 10¢ Fuel Discount per Gallon @ the Casino’s gas station.

GETTING TO STEHEKIN:

Stehekin National Park Lodge (855) 685-4167 ACBS boaters depart from the Manson Public Launch (across from the casino) at 9am. Launch days vary - either Tuesday or Wednesday or Thursday, returning on Friday the 3th. Be sure to have a "buddy boat" for the 55 mile trek and reservations at the Stehekin Lodge.

• Let us know if you'll be departing Wednesday or Thursday so we can let others know.

Fuel is available at the Stehekin Lodge.

MEALS & MEAL PREP IN STEHEKIN:

• The Ranch is closed so we’ll be having a 5 PM POT LUCK HAPPY HOUR & 6 PM DINNER THURSDAY, 10/2. Join us in the picnic shelter (weather permitting) at the waters edge. Bring an appetizer and/or side to share and your own beverages for the Happy Hour and dinner.  More details about main dish and dessert to come.
• Stay tuned for operating hours for the Stehekin Bakery.
• We'll also update this info with operating hours for the Stehekin National Park Lodge restaurant. Grab-and-go breakfast / lunches available at the store, which is minimally stocked.
• The Lodge has an ice machine for keeping items in coolers chilled.
• Due to recent fires, BARBECUING MAY NOT BE AN OPTION. S’mores are tbd. More info to come as we get closer to the excursion.
